All our jewellery is crafted from stainless steel and finished with PVD coating. This advanced technique is up to 10 times more durable than traditional gold or silver plating, giving each piece superior strength and making it truly waterproof for everyday wear.

Clean your Hydrojewels gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water; a non-abrasive sanitizer is also suitable. Our PVD coating is durable but can still be scratched or damaged by harsh chemicals. Please avoid bleach, acetone, nail polish, chlorine, and harsh abrasives such as toothpaste, baking soda, and scouring pads to maintain the beauty of your jewelry.

We currently ship to Malaysia, Canada, Macau, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and the United States. More countries will be available soon!

It is not advisable to engrave our items, as this can harm the coating and surface, compromising the jewelry's quality. Engraved items are excluded from the 1-year warranty.

After an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent automatically, from which the customer can track their order. Please make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes our emails are accidentally sent there. If you are still not able to find the email with the tracking number, please contact our Customer Support Team at: hydro@hydrojewels.com

All our jewellery is covered by a 1-year breakage and colour warranty. The warranty period begins from the delivery date of the order.

We want you to enjoy styles that truly suit your taste. If you wish to return or exchange any item, you are welcome to select alternate styles from our collection. You are entitled to a 7-day return/exchange window once you receive your package.Please note, clients are responsible for the shipping cost when returning products. Refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be conveniently used for future purchases with us.
If you’re shipping from outside Hong Kong, please send us a tracking reference so we can identify your package even if it is held at customs. If you have any questions on returns, please contact us via hydro@hydrojewels.com .The items must be returned in their original condition. Without scratches, wear marks, or other issues.
We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location).
To ensure a smooth process, please pack your necklaces so they do not tangle and take care to prevent items from being damaged or scratched during transport. Items must arrive in their original condition to qualify for a refund or store credit. If returned pieces are shipped more than 30 days after delivery or arrive in a damaged state, we will be unable to process your request. Thank you for your understanding and care!

We carefully inspect every jewelry piece—at least twice—before sending it out, to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if an unexpected issue occurs, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at hydro@hydrojewels.com. Sending us photos or videos are mandatory, so we can quickly verify any problem. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer a store credit or discount code —whichever works best for you! Please note: we’re unable to assist with items broken after 6 months from delivery or with lost items at any time.
