All our jewellery is covered by a 1-year breakage and colour warranty. The warranty period begins from the delivery date of the order.

Clean your Hydrojewels gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water; a non-abrasive sanitizer is also suitable.

Our PVD coating is durable but can still be scratched or damaged by harsh chemicals. Please avoid saltwater, bleach, acetone, nail polish, chlorine, and harsh abrasives such as toothpaste, baking soda, and scouring pads to maintain the beauty of your jewelry.

Return: We want you to enjoy styles that truly suit your taste. You are entitled to a 14-day return window once you receive your package, and 30-day for international orders. All returns must be unworn and in their original conditions and packagings. (Except earrings due to hygienic reasons)
